Foxmarks: Reporting a Bug

If you've found some behavior in Foxmarks that is unexpected or just plain wrong, please let us know. We want to hear about it so we can fix it.

Please help us by following these steps:

First, make sure that you're running the latest version of Foxmarks, as you may have encountered a problem that we've already fixed. Instructions for upgrading can be found here.
Next, please review the list of known bugs. Even if we already know about your bug, hearing about other cases sometimes helps us to track it down. If you find your bug on the list, feel free to add your particulars to the description of the existing bug.
If your bug seems to cause a crash (Foxmarks simply stops, leaving a dialog box onscreen, or says "Foxmarks is busy"), you may have found a Javascript code error. To help us track this down, please follow this procedure.
Foxmarks keeps a log of all of its transactions. This log can sometimes be helpful in tracking down subtle problems. If we ask you to send us your log, here's what you do.
Add your bug to the top of the bug list.
