Foxmarks: Uninstalling the Extension

To uninstall the Foxmarks extension from Firefox, do the following:

Firefox 2 and 3

1. On the Firefox Tools menu, select Add-ons
2. At the top of the window that opens, click Extensions.
3. Find the item titled Foxmarks Bookmark Synchronizer and click it (if you have a lot of extensions installed, you may have to scroll to find it)
4. Click the Uninstall button at the bottom of the window
5. Firefox will ask you if you to confirm the de-installation; click OK
6. Restart Firefox

Prior to Firefox 2

For earlier versions of Firefox, the procedure is slightly different:

1. On the Firefox Tools menu, select Extensions
2. In the window that opens, find the item titled Foxmarks Bookmark Synchronizer and click it (if you have a lot of extensions installed, you may have to scroll to find it)
3. Click the Uninstall button at the bottom of the window
4. Firefox will ask you if you to confirm the de-installation; click OK
5. Restart Firefox
